Shipping policy
Processing time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
- Bulgaria: 1–3 business days via Econt
- European Union: 5–10 business days via Econt or partner carriers
Shipping costs Shipping is included in the price of all products, e.g. no surprise fees at checkout.
Payment We accept card payments only. Payment is completed at the time of ordering.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery through Econt's tracking system.
Delays While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, customs processing (for EU orders), or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
